4. Accounts

7. Paid Features and Billing

7.1 Subscriptions

Where we offer paid plans, subscribing means you agree to pay the fee, your plan may renew automatically unless you cancel, and we may change prices with at least 30 days' notice.

7.2 Refunds

We handle refund requests case by case, and may offer a refund within 14 days of purchase where it is warranted. Contact support to request one.

8. Service Availability

We work to keep the Service available. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or flawless operation
• That the Service will meet every user need or expectation
• That every feature will be available at all times
• Immediate resolution of every technical issue

Maintenance and updates sometimes cause temporary interruptions.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BabeAI Chat and its officers, directors, employees, and agents against any claims, damages, losses, or costs, legal fees included, that arise from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of anyone else's rights.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or end your access at any time, without notice, if you:

• Breach these Terms
• Use the Service illegally or in a harmful manner
• Engage in fraud or abuse
• Fail to pay applicable fees (for paid users)

You may stop using the Service at any time, and close your account through support or your account settings where that applies.

We may update these Terms. We will tell you about material changes by email or through the Service, and using the Service after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
